We provide daily oversight on construction and budget, complete all punch lists and administer ongoing quality-control procedures.
The SEMA construction team delivers costs savings by increasing efficiency and pre-buying certain materials and labor when anticipated increases in demand threaten to raise costs and limit availability. We seek to forecast potentially disruptive surprises early in the development phase, limiting delays in construction and the expense of on-site changes.
When implementing large and small capital improvement projects, we coordinate with property managers and building staff to ensure that all work is done in harmony with a building’s existing tenancy, maintaining quality of life throughout the project. We implement landlord/tenant work-letter items in a wide range of different projects and can also monitor commercial/retail tenant construction or provide build-out services as a third-party vendor.
